Well Used but good functioning condition.
No tears in canvas, no damages to shell or latches, There are some stress cracks on the fronts from pushing down
Has James Baroud Sleeping pads
No ladders, but am personally using a generic amazon ladder without issue
Have not been cleaned at all for pictures, will go over them with some goo-gone and should clean up a bit
Using general hardware from lowes to mount, can include depending on your vehicle
Located in Irvine CA for pickup, have a forklift here
*in full transparency, i purchased 3 off a wholeseller and am looking to recoup money in paying for the one i will keep
