soft topper with rack system

Does anybody have any pictures or ideas on where to find a soft shell with the ability to put a rack or crossbars for a load on top? I looked at FlyingWils setup and was very impressed. I wasn't too thrilled at the price of Can Backs though.

This is the set up that I have been looking at for a while. What I like about the Softopper is the good reputation, topper folds down in seconds, can be completely removed very quickly and they are local to me, Boulder CO. The cross bars they offer are external of the topper. The topper it self does not carry any load. They can support 400lbs and are priced well. They can be used with or without the topper.
