Has been a while since I posted on this forum. Reluctantly selling my unfinished Casita project due to upcoming relocation. Asking price $3,600
Located in NW Georgia

The good:

• Gelcoat of fiberglass hull in excellent condition
• Good frame
• Interior insulated with rectoflex and covered with marine grade carpet
• Floor in excellent condition, no soft spots
• New cushions from a 2015 17', never slept on, with extra cushions
• Stove never cooked on (the camper used to be a mobile dog groomer)
• To the best of my knowledge are all fiberglass interior parts there
• All components like inverter, pump, switches, lights, plugs, gas pressure gage etc are there
• Complete bathroom ready to be installed (I was planning on building a front dinette instead)
• Brand new AT tires Good Year Wrangler 235/75-15
• Brand new air conditioner (still in the box)

The bad

• Interior needs finishing
• All "wood" cabinet doors etc are missing
• Two exterior vent grills missing
• Electric breaks not hooked up

THIS IS AN UNFINISHED PROJECT, 100% road worthy though, pulled it to NW Georgia from San Antonio and was camping in it at the Overland Expo East, but not camp ready (even though you can sleep in it well if you want to). The 13 foot Casitas are becoming rare as Casita just manufactures 16’ & 17’ now; in finished conditions, this camper would cost between $10,000 and $14,000. Asking price $3,600.
