Selling my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7L V8... probably going to regret selling this but I need to trim down the vehicle fleet to make room for my new Syncro Doka.

The Good
Low miles (152,000) with tons of extras over the years. I'm the second owner and purchased the Jeep in 2002. I've done all the scheduled maintenance plus more. Here's a list of all the work and extras
NP242 Select Trac Transfer Case Swap from Quadra Drive (has true 2wd) at 150K
Transmission Swap and rebuild with Transfer case from a 2000 WJ
4" Iron Rock Off Road Lift
Bilstein Shocks all the way around
Adjustable Control arms from 4x4 Core
JKS Adjustable traction bar
1" Transfer case drop
Iron Rock Off Road rear upper A-arm Spacer for correct pinion angle
Front Sway Bar Disconnect...rear sway bar removed
Alignment was done after lift
Tires from a 2012 JK 255/75 R17 lots of tread left (new take offs never used...now 5K miles)
Front Cardigan Style Drive Line Swap
Flow Master exhaust with new catalytic converter
2001 WJ interior swap
Blen-doors fixed with interior swap
New AC Condenser and Hoses when interior was swapped (AC Charged)
Solid Aluminum Radiator installed when old radiator started to leak (gates hose clamps)
Touch Screen radio with DVD player.
Front Wheel Bearings replaced
Drilled and slotted rotors with performance brake pads (Stops much better and not as prone to warp)
Recent Battery Change
New Windshield
New Driver Side Window
All Fluids Change at 150K
Many other parts as needed I can't remember them all but it has been a great vehicle, everything I have done has been minor...even the transmission didn't need work but I was putting in the transfer case in so I figured I should just do it all.
The Bad...the catch on the drivers side door that keeps it open after you open the door is broken but I have the replacement parts...just don't have the time to install it. Heated seats don't work as well as they used to. Key Fobs go though batteries like crazy so I just open it with the key...I have 2 key fobs. Steering wheel controls for the radio need to be re-programed for the IR remote module...easy fix just have not had the time. Front Bumper could be trimmed for the larger tires but it only rubs every once and a while...if you wheel hard you would want to trim the bumper.
