Sold The Jeep will be moving up to Sherman Oaks, CA. It was kind of sad to see it go, but the beaming smile on the new owners face tells me that it's going to a good home.

2009 2-Door Rubicon Overland Vehicle--Supercharged , Location: San Diego, CA, Mileage: 29,154, Asking Price: $43,500 Price Reduced to $35,500 (OBO)

Recently purchased a 2012 Orange Crush JKU and am now putting my 2009 White 2-Door Rubicon up for sale. Before starting my buildup, I had read an article saying that the 2-door JK was too small for a good Overland vehicle. My goal was to prove the article wrong. The end result speaks for itself. This is an extremely capable and reliable vehicle. Only the best gear was used in the building of this vehicle. Fully stocked, The Jeep can hold 30 gallons of gas, 10 gallons of water, 50 quarts of food in the ARB fridge and all the gear that you need in the So-Cal Teardrop drawer system. To top it off (literally), there is a Columbus roof top tent on a Front Runner roof rack. I've done multiple 3 and 5 day overland trips with this Jeep and everything performs beautifully.

Rex (the seller) is a great guy who takes outstanding care of his vehicles, buy with confidence.
This is a top notch expo vehicle that is ready to go. Buy it and camp on the way home!

Rex - can't wait to see the new build thread, although you know I'm partial to white Jeeps.

Awesome setup. I looked at doing a 2 door and this is almost exactly what I would have attempted to build... even down to the Front Runner rack with table mount. So awesome GLWS!

Love the Front Runner stainless steel camp table. When it's mounted under the roof rack, it takes about 15 seconds to remove and set up. The bottom of the table is polished to a mirror finish and when I asked Front Runner why, they told me it was so it could be used as an emergency signal mirror. Now that would be one big-***** signal mirror.

Very nice Jeep. Would be a nice roadtrip rig up the coast to Seattle. :)

According to Google Maps, the distance between San Diego and Kirkland is 1,263 miles. That's about the same distance that we traveled when bringing the Orange Crush Jeep back from Albuquerque. We took four days and made a couple of side trips on the way home. It would be a great way to get to know your new Jeep :smiley_drive:

That would be a great, unrushed drive. I am thinking; in process of doing some vehicle/toy changes as well.
