Selling my 2010 SoCal Teardrop 510XS. This is the same one written up in the link below. Only thing I’ve done is sand and repaint the frame, touch up the black paint on front, and paint the inside a light gray.

Trailer is in great shape. Heater doesn’t work, everything else does.
