The rig does really good on fuel at 350 miles per tank (23gal). I get about 14MPG with tent and 16 without.

Deceiving at best. If you are running your tank to empty, it's not "range". Probably reads empty with about 4-6 gallons in it and I'm guessing your effective "range" is more like 250-280.

How is stating my average miles per gallon deceiving? It doesn't matter what I run it down to. Average miles per gallon is just that, an average of how many miles I can drive per gallon of fuel. I basically stated what I can expect from fill up to fuel light which is 300-350 miles.

You cant run a pump dry over and over, the fuel cools the pump. Hope you’re carrying a spare!
