Answering a few questions received over PM:

- It has a Propex propane heater for interior heat.

- there are 4 walls (4th wall was custom made) for the awning room to add warmth and keep bugs out. Just make sure to stake down the bottom well.

- there is no floor for the awning, but we use an RV mat and it works great. I will include with the sale.

- the room below the the roof top tent is fully sealed and does have a floor. This helps keep the tent warm and keep you dry getting out of the rooftop tent.

- the tent is very large. I slept up in the tent (I’m 6’5”) with my 3older kids while the youngest was in the trailer with my wife. Swapped with the little one when she was 4 and could climb the ladder.

- there is an inverter for charging phones and other small electronics

Happy to answer more questions!
