We are selling our 1991 Syncro Vanagon Campmobile. Lots of great adventures, and many more left in her. We are the 2nd owners, purchased @ 72,000 miles, and the van now has 109,000. We've done a bunch to her, all listed below. The best upgrade has been the Subaru 2.5 engine swap. She now keeps up nicely with I70 traffic over the mountain passes of Colorado, is a great match to the stock transaxle and has vastly improved reliability. This was professionally installed by Lucas @ Wild Westy in Boulder, CO. Never any serious off-roading, just dirt roads to campsites and such. Original Wesfalia Camper, even has the original manufacturing stickers. Here are some of the things we've done, some of the current known issues.

Pioneer with CD Player and USB port
Removed fridge, converted space into additional storage cabinet
ARB 50 Fridge Freezer included with 12V outlet installed to power it
Cruse Control
Power windows, working!
Repairs done:
New front axles
Replaced coolant pipe
New brake slave cylinder
New brake pads and rotors
Replaced SkyLight
Known issues:
Seam rust, needs to be addressed pretty soon
Gas gauge not accurate
rear wiper motor bad
propane tank removed, not replaced yet
sink needs TLC, system cleaning, hoses replaced
slight leak around rear diff, recommend it be left until decoupler added or tranny rebuilt
