Specs below. $87,500 OBO
If you’re looking for a rugged yet comfortable camper van to take off the beaten path this one might be for you. The interior floor to ceiling height is 68”. Super clean, no smoking, no pets. Take a look at the photos and list of features and please send any questions via email to smterrien64@gmail.com. Everything is is excellent working order and there are no issues. Located in Tacoma, WA. We hope you like it. Open to reasonable offers.

This van is fun to spend time in, and fun to drive. The EcoBoost Twin Turbo 3.5L GTDI V6 engine gives it plenty of get up and go. This model boasts a best-in-class gas torque rating of 400 lb.-ft. It features twin turbochargers that spool up more quickly than a conventional single turbo. The instantaneous low-end torque and HP you get with this engine are the result of direct injection, which delivers a precise amount of fuel to optimize efficiency and power. We have appreciated the improved handling and steering of rear wheel drive over front wheel drive. We recently got 17.2 mpg on a 440-mile trip from southern Oregon to Tacoma, WA by following the speed limit and usually we get about 15-16 with a mix of city/off-road/highway. The Medium Roof keeps weight lower, gets us deeper into the forest, and gives it a sporty look. The 148” Wheel Base allows easier maneuvering and parking in parking spaces when you’re at the grocery store stocking up for your next adventure, exploring lunch spots in the city or negotiating switchbacks. The Hellwig rear Sway Bar keeps you planted more solidly on windy highways. We chose to carry MaxTrax vs having 4WD installed and it’s worked great for us in spots of deep sand. We recently had Ford proactively install new brakes rotors. We’ve been diligent about her care and can provide all servicing records and system manuals. When loaded with fuel, water, inflatable SUPs, supplies, and our personal gear it is still nearly 1,000 lbs under the GWVR (CAT receipt available).

This van was built for improved capability for off-the-beaten-path adventures. The upsized 17" MTM USA Heavy Duty wheels (Lifetime structural warranty), beefy Cooper Discovery AT/3 tires (Life of tire maintenance - 30,000+ miles of tread remaining), Foe’s Fabrication Transit Off Road 2” Lift, Bilstein B6 struts, Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks will get you confidently into remote locations to camp in solitude. Exploring places to camp in the forest is no problem with the high-end Cyclops Adventure Long Range Optimus LED Aux Roof mounted lights. Store your MaxTrax inside in dedicated storage compartment.

Camp in comfort! Lounge inside the super clean interior on the quality upholstered couch that pulls out to a very comfortable north-south custom mattress (68”x74”) made of memory foam and natural latex. Charge your phone or watch movies on your tablet using the USB ports embedded in the pillow-side reading lights. Prepare delicious meals on the two-burner propane cook stove and abundant butcher block counter space. More kitchen storage than you really need, but nice to have for longer journeys. Enjoy the pull-out dinette table and dine by candlelight, or mood-lighting LEDs. The spacious farmhouse sink with pull-out sprayer faucet is a luxurious feature that we thought was overkill at first, but we’ve come to really appreciate. One of you an early riser? Let her sleep while you enjoy your morning coffee (brewed with the installed Waterdrop Filter) in the leather passenger Scopema swivel seat. We chose the Nature's Head Composting Toilet because unlike the cassette toilets it doesn’t smell, it’s not gross to empty, and it doesn’t use chemicals. The toilet has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for its new owner. Enjoy four-season camping in comfort with the Propex HS2000 Propane 6500 BTU furnace and two MaxxAir ceiling fans. We've camped off grid comfortably in 90º heat by running the two fans for excellent air flow and cooling. Power it all up with the roof mounted 200W Renogy Solar array and worry free Goal Zero Yeti 1400 lithium ion battery (132Ah) with 120V AC1,500W (3,000W surge) inverter. Wool insulation and custom magnetic insulated window shades by Strawfoot Handmade for added insulation and privacy for stealth camping. We’ve never had issues with condensation. The complete kit of custom installed bug screens and accessories was installed at the Rolef shop in Montreal. The body of the van is in excellent shape – there are a couple small dings. Bring your toys because there is plenty of storage in the garage and the van is outfitted with a Heavy Duty Tow Package up to 6,000 lbs. We put our inflatable SUPs on the roof in the Smittybilt Defender roof rack with textured black powder coating and 16 gauge welded round steel tubing. We felt using a portable telescoping was much safer and more versatile to use than a permanently attached vertical ladder – plus no wind drag. After a fun day of playing enjoy an outdoor hot shower (EccoTemp Luxé EL5) and lounge with a cold beverage (from the Dometic CFX35 high efficiency fridge) under the crank out Fiamma 45S awning for shade or rain protection.

We hope you enjoy this van for years of adventures to come. Thanks for looking!

Is the standing height correct on this listing? "The standing height for a 2019 medium roof Ford Transit van is approximately 6 feet 5 inches"

Thanks for checking...yes, the standing height is 68 1/4". We wanted it well-insulated so with the floor & ceiling insulation, sub-flooring, wood flooring, ceiling materials - lights etc. the standing height is a tad over 68" which worked well for us, may not work for everyone.

That would be the standing height for a high roof, not a medium. Trust me, the medium is not quite 6'.

Very nice build and good luck with sale Steph! This is the exact floorplan I've wanted to build ina mid roof Transit for a long time.
