UPDATE: 11/1/2015
I sold this truck to an Expo Member who lives in Atlanta back in June. He prefers not to advertise the truck so I am reposting it for sale on his behalf.
He has corrected a leaking CV and replaced an alarm sensor that caused the alarm to randomly sound.
The truck has only 45,000 miles.

His wife has decided she wants a new house and he needs to sell the truck fast to facilitate the offer on the home.

What you need to know.
Includes everything shown below but the rear tire cover, front curved LED light bar, Rear LED Light. All wiring will be left in place.
Will also include a brand new (never installed) Baja Roof Rack in case you prefer that style to the slimline OEM rack.

Price is now $30,000.
It is simply a fantastic truck!

If you are interested shoot me an e-mail and I will connect you with the seller.

Thanks
Dendy

The time has come.

As we grow older, we have decided that we want to provide our kids with some memorable trips, so I have purchased an F250 and an Eddie Bauer Edition Airstream.

In all seriousness, this is one of the nicest built LR3s. I can't take credit as it was built by Land Rover Roaring Forks for a Resort's Fly Fishing excursions. I did indeed add to it, but the base build was already done.

So— Selling the 2009 Land Rover LR3 HSE with LUX package, Adaptive xenon lighting, Heated front and rear seats, center console cooler box, rear dog guard installed, Waterproof canvas front seat covers have been on almost the entire time I have owned it so seats underneath are like new, truck is certified through August 2015 (so two more months).
Mileage is 41,500 (but being driven daily so could increase by a hundred miles or so).

Color is galway green with black leather. Rear heat/air controls. has 7 row seating but dog guard must be removed to use.

Truck has 4 new BF Goodrich All Terrains KO version (original tread pattern), with 18 inch wheels. Tires have less than 2500 miles on them.

Here are the tires: 265/65 R18s ($1200 tires/$800 wheels)

Truck has brand new VIGG Designs hood black out on it. ($80.00 plus installation)

Special Equipment: (Please do not inquire about parting this truck out. I am selling a turn key expedition truck and if a new owner wants to part items out, then that would be up to them)

— Rover Designs Sliders. No longer made and cover the truck from the outer slider all the way over to the frame rail. Best Sliders ever offered for an LR3. (used a set was recently sold for $1800.00 because they are no longer available)

— ARB Front Bumper - that allows factory fog lights (New $1456.00 plus expensive installation- used estimate $800.00 )

— Dixon Bate on front brush bar: $175 - hard to find now - this one is new

— Superwinch- $1500 new/ Est. $750.00

— Viking Synthetic Winch Line with thimble: New $389.00/Used $170.00

— OEM Expedition Rack - No Longer Available through LRNA, but available through Miami Rovers. This rack had the upper tier removed to give it a more stream lined Front Runner/Hannibal look.
New these racks Are $2300/ Used $1150.00

— OEM Rear Ladder - New $435.00 plus install - Used $215.00

— OEM Snorkel - New $735.00/Used $400 (doesn't account for installation which was huge investment)

— OEM Trailer wiring harness - New $310 Used - $150

— Britex Canvas Waterproof Seat Covers - New $180/Used $60.00

— OEM Optional Rubber Floor Mats-(plus an extra set) New $400/Used $200 (for two sets)

— OEM Optional Rubber Cargo Mat - New $400/Used $200

— OEM Optional Dog Guard New $700/Used $350

— Kaymar Rear Bumper with Side Corner Protectors: (No Longer Available now that Outback Proven has closed) NEW $3500.00 Used $1750.00 (includes a set of replacement LED rear lights for bumper -not installed)
Bumper was completely refurbished last Spring. (except I have not installed the new LED rear indicator inserts that have the new back up lamps. They are included in the purchase, but you'll need to install them.)

— Rear OEM LR Work Light wired to internal 12V plug in (mounted to tire swing away to allow you to use when searching for cargo) New $125/Used $75

— 48” Highlift Jack Mounted - New $90/Used $45.00

— Rear Lamp guards: NEW $325/Used $150

— (optional purchase- not included in price of truck) Bulldog LED Curved 60” light bar - $980 (not available currently due to high demand and low availability)
— (optional purchase- not included in price of truck) Bulldog rear mounted 8” light bar - $280

Kelly Blue Book assigns a value based on mileage and condition at $27,000.00— $28,000.00

The add ons alone are almost a retail value of $18,480 (NOT INCLUDING LABOR - please keep in mind labor was a huge number)
I am assigning a value of half retail on items that can still be purchased sans the tires which are new of: $10,440 (less the two LED)
But will divide that by 2 again and assign a value of $5220.00 and if they want the two LED lights: $6480.00

The truck WILL NOT come with the two Hella 4000s with city lights. I can unplug them and leave the plugs. These lights have been with me on lots of trucks. Sort of sentimental if you will.

So, Price of truck with all gear less LED Lights: $33,220.00 (asking price)- If you purchase without LED, I'll include 4 PIAA round lights for the overhead and a hella twin light for the rear. I will leave the mount for the rear. You will need to install the 4 overhead lights and rear work lamp.

Price with both LEDs all wired and ready to go: $34,480.00 (asking price)

Please send me an email at nashvillerover at comcast dot net with your serious inquiry. No time wasters, no low ballers please. This is a seriously turn-key expedition truck that is ready to go.

Here are some recent pictures:

I had three people email this listing, all telling me I needed to buy it :)

I wish I was back into this demographic, but that time has not yet come to pass. Good luck with the sell. She's a beauty.

I wish I had been able to pick this up when I was looking for a well set up LR, since I would go as far as saying to any prospective buyer that this is they nicest one you can find. I sadly gave up my search and went another route but good luck to you and you can always barrow your wife's if you get the itch lol.

Great looking ride - GLWtS! The 1st pic shows LR OEM door ding protectors (not sure official name), but not the rest of the pics. Were they added or removed?

Granted I'm a bit bias as I live near Dendy and he is a good friend. I don't think there is a better, well kept LR3 out there. This is a beautiful truck! The buyer will not be disappointed. :smiley_drive:

Smashing vehicle; so nice!

Question- how difficult is it to remove the dog guard/barrier? Also, does the middle seat of the middle row fold flat? We have 4 kids and are looking to set off on a year-long trek across the country (pulling an Xventure or MOAB trailer) and just thinking through logistics.

Thanks!
Josh

Two turn knobs remove the dog guard. Middle seat will not fold flat flush to the floor but drops to one height for arm rest height and then to another lower height for cargo height to make it flush with the rear cargo area. The rearward seats have never been sat in (the two under the cargo area).
