This gutter mount kit came off a Land Rover Discovery II, though it should work for any vehicle with roof gutters. Looks like it will put the bottom of a rack at approximately 10” above the gutters.
Could be used with an ARB rack or as brackets for a DIY rack.
As best I can tell this kit is ARB 3720100 ($235 on Amazon).
Comes with all hardware.
