Like New, barely used and garage kept. Maxed except for A/C, and I run a fabrication business so this puppy has a couple of custom upgrades I promise you won't find on another 440.
Chances are you know quality and what you are looking for if you are researching Conquerors so I'll keep it short, but ping me if you'd like more info. Upgrades:
Heater: My 440's HS2800 uses a 3" duct centrally located on a custom upholstered bulkhead which you can see in the photos. 9553 BTU's up from 6483 of the standard smaller Propex 2000 which only has a 2" duct that exits in a corner of the cabin and I found to result in uneven heating.
Interior Dining Table!: The other upgrade is a custom fabricated table that enables a sit-down dining experience inside the cabin - a feature only found on the 490's!
Water: In-line 2.5" x 10" water filter (standard size, you can find them at any big box store), and I added the ability to pull from a hose run to any source in case your tanks run dry in the field... a stream, aux water containers, etc... back-fill the tanks or run the sink and shower straight off the new source using the onboard pump.
Extras: 200AH Battery Capacity, 2 x Solar panels and tether kit, 4 x 1 micron Carbon Block filters
These are now officially 'unobtanium' as no new units are shipping to the USA. I have direct contacts at Conqueror Australia who will still provide parts and support though that I'll connect you with.
If you're not local to Colorado I'm happy to discuss driving the trailer part or all of the way to you as part of the transaction. Asking $45k OBO.
* As an aside, I've gotten some questions from folks with smaller v6 tow vehicles debating the 440 vs. the 490. I have experience towing both behind my 4th Gen V6 4Runner and will say without a doubt the 440 is the right fit, zero sway issues and the weight is workable. To keep from sounding too biased I'll recommend you head over to conquerorforum.com and look up the thread talking about 490 sway and needing a large tow vehicle to keep that under control.
