How old is this? Has it lived its entire life in the back of a dusty tear drop?

It came with the trailer, which was built in 2016. The trailer was built in CO and shipped to and used in Alaska. I bought it from the original owner 2 years ago, so the last 2 years have been "dusty." A couple trips to Big Bend and mostly local trips. It works perfectly.
