I am selling my complete and working Garmin 478.
It has served me well, but I no longer have a need for it.
This unit is like new. Comes in original box, has all accessories.
These go used on eBay for $700 without the windshield suction mount or the Sirius XM weather radar/radio antenna.
This is the Aviation/road/Marine version, so it charts Flight Paths, Road Maps (on road and off-road) and Marine Nautical charts.
It serves up live weather radar over the navigation which helps you know when you are nearing dangerous weather. It also includes a weather emergency alert notification system and if XM/Sirius Radio. (Subscription required).
Since they are going for $700 on eBay without the extras, I am offering this one for $550 ready to go. All you need to do is to call XM/Sirius and subscribe to the XM/Nautical package. (rates vary based on if you pay monthly or buy an annual subscription).
Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
