Many have asked about the pass through. Here is a picture with the aluminum plate that I made to secure the cab from the camper if you were to ship it. The opening is approximately 20"x 32" high. The plate would be screwed into the existing screw holes.

Just a recap: this rig has 280 gallons of non DEF diesel fuel capacity! Imagine filling up in Arizona with high quality fuel before crossing the border and being able to drive to Chile before having to refuel! That is crazy awesome!

Nogales (on the border), AZ to Panama City is 3411 miles. A ship from Panama City to Cartagena, then Cartagena to Arica, Chile is 2986 miles, for a total of 6397 miles (not counting ocean travel). That is 22.8 miles per gallon. The best I could get in my 1017AF was 13 mpg with an average of 8-10 mpg, and that was with a flatbed (no camper mounted) at 14,460 lbs. So very impressive!

Correction: my calculation to chile was from a different location. This truck still has a range of approxumately 2800 miles!
