Cool thanks.

Was this built as a one off or do you sell these as a company?

Is there a screen door?

Windows operate awning style and include screens and shades?

Fan and AC cutout opening dimensions?

Do the extrusions include any provision for mounting things w/tee nuts anywhere inside or outside?

What is the overall exterior height of the camper from floor to roof?

Overall dimensions?

What are the specs on the panels, thickness, R-value etc? Lemker has very little info on their site.

I am interested. Thanks

We sell these as a company. We built this and a 8' slide in shell to sell if someone wants to build out the interior. We can also build a shell to your specs and do a full build out with interior finishing.

There is a screen door on this unit and the screen is a heavy black stainless steel mesh.

Windows do operate like awning and has (3) different degree settings to hold in different open positions. Has built in screen and built in black out shade.

The AC unit is cutout for 14" x 14" opening and the fan cutout is for the 6" Max dome fan. There is a channel built into the roof panel for electrical chase to the sidewall.

The extrusions don't include any provisions for attaching. We have installed aircraft "L" tiedown tracks to the extrusions for mounting items. The extrusions are strong enough to support this.

The overall outside height is 86.50" and the inside is 83.25". The camper does come with a fiberglass panel that can be used as a subfloor so you can have under floor storage compartments.

The overall outside width is 82" and the cab length is 71" so it fits a E/W queen bed. The cabover extension height is 48". The panels are fiberglass on each side with 1.5" PET core. Has a R value of R10. Use a 2 piece extrusion process so it eliminates thermal bridging and thermal expansion.

Thank you, that is very helpful. I was hoping to store this indoors when not in use but I have literally 88" clearance max so no way with a fan or anything else installed on the roof. Still considering though.

Are you able to trim the panels prior to assembly to make a few inches shorter overall?
