James Baroud Grand Raid XXL Evo tent, has been used only a couple of time, it came with a trailer I bought and I won't be using it. I only slept in it once in a really bad rain storm just to make sure it didn't leak, and it was waterproof and comfortable. It has a mattress and mattress cover, come with ladder as well. Overall it's a great tent for the price. It does come with the ladder $1800.00

It is probably 4 years old, the guy i bought the trailer from said he bought it 3 years ago (I bought it from him the January)...and yes I will ship it on your dime if you set up the process.
