I have a Kodiak 10x10 canvas tent for sale. Only used on two trips for a total of four or five nights. The tent is in great shape, no rips, tears, or stains. Nothing wrong with it, we just don't use it as often as we thought we would. It came in a bundle with a ground tarp, which is also included. Local pickup only in the SF Bay Area (Santa Clara). I paid $570 for it about a year and a half ago, asking $400.
