This allows you to mount 4 maxtraxs on a spare tire swingout. They are lockable, locks not included.
Great shape. No rust, dings or dents. Very reliable system, makes mounting traction boards easy and access even easier.
I paid $300 a few years ago. Shipping at buyers expense.
