This, is a used, but well cared for roof top tent.
It's a Smittybuilt Overlander XL with no issues or previous repairs.
This tent is perfect for a full size truck bed rack or a trailer build. We lived out of it for a few weeks while moving and it's a very comfy tent. Does well in the rain and the overhang over the entrance keeps you dry while you enter and exit the tent in foul weather.
There is some minor wear on the velcro for the cover that could be easily repaired. It's just coming unstitched from the tent, but does not affect the function. Beyond that the tent is in great shape. There is some minor wear and tear on the platform consistent with use, but the function is unaffected. We swapped it out because it's just too big for just the two of us, and we wanted to cut some weight on the trailer. This will easily sleep your family of three or four.
The tent comes with the velcro in LED light strip, the USB extension cord, 12v socket extension and alligator clips, full mounting hardware and the attached guy ropes pictured.
The tent is in Macomb, MI and currently not installed.
$800 is my asking price, which I think is pretty fair for a good condition, used tent of this size.
I can attach more specific pictures if there is interest. Thanks for reading, and lets get you setup with a great entry level RTT!

Here is the SmittyBuilt website with the full details. You can see they have released an annex for this tent now as well, which would give you a great ground level room for the dogs or kids or both.
