4' x 7' utility trailer and large Camping Lab roof top tent for sale. Always stored inside - very good condition. Great set up - can remove tent and use trailer to haul mulch, furniture, etc. Then drop tent back on and head out for camping. Sad to see it go but time has come to move on. Located in Columbus OH.

No rips , holes or tears - great condition
mounted to trailer using 4 Thule bars (probably more than needed but very stable)

OH registration
original axle was replaced with 3k lb Dexter axle (spring perches installed on top and bottom to allow for flexibility)
has standard trailer hubs with aluminum adapters to allow use of Jeep Wrangler JK wheels (designed for flexibility - can remove adapters and use standard trailer wheels)
32" BFG Mud Terrains on OEM Jeep JK wheels (including spare mounted on front)
Custom fenders installed to fit larger tires
Sides have been raised, tailgate/ramp was cut down, wood flooring and side walls installed
1 7/8" ball (switching to 2" on the list of items that I somehow never got to)
Some surface rust in spots on trailer but no issues
drop down stabilizer jacks on all four corners (extra long to accommodate height of trailer)
