Thanks! Just sold it today to someone who will be turning it into a camping trailer to tow behind his Jeep LJ. Hoping he will post his build up here on the forum.

Trailer is now in the garage and undergoing the teardown........box is solid but on backwards (??) and the owner previous to the one I bought it from did some really funky things with the frame. I had pretty much decided to trash the frame anyway for a lighter, more straight forward one so no loss.

I will definitely be posting a build thread shortly.
