Good condition plus the goodies. I had a Thule Moab basket before this and it was terrible. This is definitely the best clamp on rack you can buy. Please note, rack DOES NOT come with the hi-lift, shovel, spare wheel and tire, OR lights (just the mounts for them so you can add your own!). Thanks for looking!
