Four wheel drive, lifted and high clearance. Goes where other RVs cant (more than many cars/trucks too)
We've owned this RV for 5 years and there's a lot of stuff that's gone into it
Writing this listing has been a lot of work, we've completed it to the best of our ability
Everything is as accurate as we know it to be, but may have some mistakes or omissions

We've only needed/used 4wd 2x in all the years; heavy, wet snow/mud and dropping both front wheels in a rain rut at same time. No probs in deep sand w 2wd
Tons of upgrades to this
Spent tens of thousands of dollars on it and countless hours tinkering
Tons of storage with many wall nets, hooks, baskets, clips cup holders, clear bins, lazy susan, d-rings for lashing items inside on the floor
Has spent most of it's life (as far as we know) in sunny, dry California
It has been well used across the mountains and deserts of the west coast and has bumps and scrapes from doing do
No slides to break or cause other problems
3 sleeping areas, rear is slightly smaller than queen, as is cab, dinette smaller
House is full of tinted, single pane windows, lots of light, screens are good
