10 25 2024 Sold for asking
10/19/24 SALE PENDING Summary: (reached 10,000 character limit, see follow up replies for rest of listing)
Turn key ready
Current location is Palmdale, CA 93551
Massive solar/battery/inverter system works great extended, off grid boondocking especially with the DC fridge and electric (AC) water heater, almost never need to fill propane (adapter for external tanks too)
Four wheel drive, lifted and high clearance. Goes where other RVs cant (more than many cars/trucks too)
We've owned this RV for 5 years and there's a lot of stuff that's gone into it
Writing this listing has been a lot of work, we've completed it to the best of our ability
Everything is as accurate as we know it to be, but may have some mistakes or omissions
162+pics and vids most taken 10/7/24, a few older ones showing internals, lights, awnings and in use
Purchased Oct 2019 with about 57400 mi
Used extensively by us only for about 4 years (owned for 5), hasn't been used since we got a truck camper last year
We've only needed/used 4wd 2x in all the years; heavy, wet snow/mud and dropping both front wheels in a rain rut at same time. No probs in deep sand w 2wd
Tons of upgrades to this
Spent tens of thousands of dollars on it and countless hours tinkering
Tons of storage with many wall nets, hooks, baskets, clips cup holders, clear bins, lazy susan, d-rings for lashing items inside on the floor
Has spent most of it's life (as far as we know) in sunny, dry California
It has been well used across the mountains and deserts of the west coast and has bumps and scrapes from doing do
No slides to break or cause other problems
3 sleeping areas, rear is slightly smaller than queen, as is cab, dinette smaller
House is full of tinted, single pane windows, lots of light, screens are good
Has expected wear and tear for a 26 year old vehicle
Never been in an accident to our knowledge
Full sized spare under cover
Clean California tile in our name
No smog due
Current registration and insurance thru progressive (70k stated value, ~$2200/Y)
Zero interest in trades
It's been our main hobby

Known issues:
-Dragged rear corner exiting steep sand wash a few years ago, pulled it back together, been fine for years, some paint cracking
-Rear ladder vertical has dent (pre-existing since 2019, has not caused any probs)
-Chassis AC will disengage under sustained high load or temps (was told by ford dealer this is by design to preserve engine)
-Shower pan has some cracks in fiberglass, we glued, seems to work, could be replaced if wantend
-Backed into branch, exiting shelf road, upper rear trim piece repaired to prevent water intrusion(about 6in)
-Opposite top corner cap appears to have crack, could be repaired
-Backed into front grill with new rv in driveway :(, epoxy repairs but raptor lights and front camera are hardwired in, doesn't flop around or cause any issues other than cosmetic
-Hydraulic leveling system worked when we tested in in 2019, we have not used or needed since, just use blocks or rocks, compressor frig doesnt need to be level. We had rig lifted. Selling as untested. We will not allow anyone to test it as we don't want to do any repairs on it should it fail. New owners may do as they wish with it
-Water pump leaked a few years ago, it caused some paint damage where water was leaking out of sides, still looks ok, water pump was replaced once we found source of leak
-Desert tan gel coat paint about 5 years old, still shiny and in reasonably good shape some cracking on rear back exterior wall, scuff marks and pinstriping here and there, prior owner mentioned blemishes can buff out
-Woodgrain dash cover lifting and damaged in places, common issue, there are fixes for this
-Top of house slightly pulled away from top of chassis cab. Replaced self tapping screws with nutted fasteners, washers, plates, likely stronger than new. Major job, zero problems since this repair was done a few years ago
-Screws for E-track were too long and pierced exterior front driver wall, left alone, has been this way for years
-Could use some re-caulking around seams, window frames and other areas, overall in decent shape

Original seller's description when we purchased on ebay in Oct 2019
It's not entirely accurate (ie mattress sizes, mpg, satellite dish are a few things and it has changed since we purchased it)
