Science channel and their 'Ulitmate Cars' show has just named the "Top 5 Adventure Vehicles" of all time:

5- Porsche Cheyenne Turbo

4- Lamobrghini Stupid 4x4 LM002

3- Hummer

2- Willys Jeep

1- Range Rover


Obviously Range Rover should be there and the Willys for getting it all going, but the others? Give me a break.

Where is the Land Cruiser?

Makes me want to write a letter.

I totally agree with a Land Rover in #1. In my opinion, 3, 4 & 5 are just not right. I would consider all of these contenders to replace them:

Toyota Land Cruiser
Toyota Hilux (give some thought to how many of these are actually out there)
Jeep Wrangler
BMW R1200 GS Adventure (I know, not really a vehicle)
Unimog
Nissan Patrol
Kamaz truck
MB G-wag

I could go on & on...
