Sony is now selling the third generation of the RX100. Updates include a pop-up LCD viewfinder, a faster lens (24-70mm equivalent, f1.8- f2.8 maximum aperture, optical image stabilization), a manual control ring around the lens, the ability to record Movies in full HD, and built-in WiFi. Price $798.

The attachable lens is a neat idea, but they also need to make it work with other phones as I'm not going to give up my iPhone.

Today, Sony introduces the fourth generation of the RX100 camera. The new model has an improved sensor, and can shoot 4K video. The MSRP increases to almost $950!
