That area recently had a hurricane and major flooding. I would triple check any used car from down there right now.

That's a good point. I live in this area and that certainly happened to quite a few folks and the CL map puts him very near where things were the worst.

OTOH, that vehicles been up for sale for a while, so it's not likely a case of someone trying to unload what is now a damaged vehicle. (It could be that the vehicle suffered some damage, but the associated .pdf (noted in the ad), suggests the owner is a pretty detail oriented and conscientious person, so I would imagine he kept the vehicle safe.

(I have no connection to the owner... Just chiming in b/c I live down this and have been seeing the add on FB marketplace for a while.)
