SPOT GEN I w/Service: FOR SALE

Hey,

Asking $55 for the SPOT.

It has service until December.

You just can't use the recovery insurance on the account as it only applies to me.

Is the service contract really transferable? If you can provide some documentation indicating that it is and that I wouldn't have trouble renewing the contract once expired I'll jump on this.

Already called SPOT to confirm this. Turns out this happens often.

If you buy the SPOT you use the current account to set up your messages, etc. You use it as if its yours. Once the current account (mine) expires in December the SPOT is without service. Then you call and renew yourself and pay for your own service.

Only thing that you def. cannot use is the 911 insurance. That is only applicable to me.

Thanks Sam,

It comes with the basic service. You can add emails of family and friends so they can see your location anywhere in the wilderness. It also has a button for "help" so you can call fellow ExPo members to come and help you out. You can add custom messages to both. The buyer can still use the 911 feature but they won't be covered by insurance.

The Service is good until the last day of December 2010.
