Spotted an 80 on the Big Island

I've been here vacationing on the Big Island of Hawaii for a few days now and saw a green LC with some stock rims that were painted a silver/gray color. Is that someone's on here or do you know who it is? I'm interested to know what kind of paint they used.

Kona or Hilo side?

I'm in Kona but saw it at the Volcano National Park so not sure if they're over on the Hilo or Kona side.
