Sprinter seats in Ford E350

Has anyone installed Sprinter Van seats in an E350? I have the seat and the tracks for the Sprinter Van bench seat. What type of hardware do I need? Do I need to add steel reinforcements to keep the seat from killing me in the event of a high speed collision? I'll add pics in the next couple of weeks.
