Stereo options on navigation equipped 100?

I was looking at pics of 2001-2002 100-series Cruisers. Looks like the navigation equipped models have HVAC controls built into the same unit. Question is, can you install any aftermarket stereos in the touchscreen equipped Land Cruisers?

At the moment, I have not heard of anybody being able to divorce the HVAC controls from the NAVI.

My strong suggestion is to find one that wasn't equipped with Navi. Not too difficult on an early 100 but extremely difficult to find a non-navi '03'-'07.
