I got my Kimberely Kamper a couple days ago and opened it up, took just minutes, closing it back up takes about 2 minutes longer to make sure you are not pinching the tent
I took one of the Dekas out of the AT and put it in the KK, so the old charger had to go. I ordered a 10 amp charger from AT, same one that I installed into the Horizon.
After freezing my butt off in Moab this year, I also ordered the Heatsource 2000 from Martyn. Since I will be installing it inside the shell, I don't need Martyn's robust portable kit. I'll document the install.
This is the Goldilocks camper for me. The Baja was too big and would fall apart if I took it on mild trails. The AT was great on the trail, but smaller then I liked. When I opened up the Kimberley today, I knew it was just right. Great for me on my own or when I bring my daughters. Lots of flexibility to expand with the awning and walls.
I plan on setting the whole thing up in my yard tomorrow so I can see how it goes together for the first time at home.
Martyn's and Mario's customer service have helped me decide to buy stuff from them first if they carry what I need.
