Storage platform tie downs

I also have a storage/sleeping platform where I strap down an ARB 50ltr fridge. Rather than go for the more expensive offerings shown I simply went with a Square U-Bolts (pic below) on each end of the fridge which I can use as an ratchet strap anchor point for a lot less money and IMHO just as effective since they drop down when not in use and can be raised up when needed.

I also use a ThermaRest inflatable mattress when sleeping back there so they don't end up digging into my back.

If you're not strapping down something like a fridge you can probably also just put them on all 4 sides of your platform so they're even more out of your way.

Off road, not that I can tell but my platform folds back over them so they stay down and it's usually pretty packed so the bottom piece doesn't move much either. On road, it doesn't make any noises that I can tell.
