Gorgeous. Only problem I see is that those couches are about 4' long so the only way to sleep on them is to fold them out into a bed and sleep crosswise.
That's the same faucet mine had when I got it (it's called a laundry sink faucet). I replaced it with one of these:

WAY better. Lots more room underneath, and it doesn't stick out halfway across the sink either.
