I have never seen an E350 4x4 with a non straight front axle. Wonder how the handling characteristics differ? Where is the transfer case lever?
Also, curious on how the performance of the 5.8 compares to the newer 6.8/V10?
For me, I would definitely have to redo the interior.

The cathouse interior would have to go. Maybe Agile did a 4wd conversion?

Popular with a lot of desert folks, with some modifications you can beat the holy hell out of them with no issues at all and they handle quite well and can modified for a fair amount of travel.
