Synthetic Transmission Fluid

Hello,
I am looking to swap in some synthetic transmission fluid in my DC. Has anyone done that here themselves? I am not really into going to the dealership and having it done. I would rather take care of it myself. I know how to do it, and realize i will have to drain it twice to get all of the original fluid out. Any helpful hints?
