I don't have a Nissan to show, but ProClip makes mounts for tons of vehicles. I'd check them out and see if any work for you. The mounts all typically use a combination of sticky tape and friction between the body panels to hold the mount in place. I really like the how the system works in my Ram.
I've had their mounts in my Titan, my Pathfinder, my MINI Cooper, my Murano, and my Silverado. I'm a huge fan...the mounts are well engineered, easy to install, solid as hell, and pretty inexpensive.
