I'm looking for a way to switch my stereo between two power sources without interrupting the internal settings. I need to modify my electrical diagram and post it up, but in the meantime, was wondering if Toyota carries a stock switch that can select between two inputs into one output. For example, a rocker switch that basically does the same thing as a battery selector switch- just smaller.
Has anyone tried having this ability to switch between power sources? I thought it would be nice to have the option of running the stereo and some accessories off either the main battery or auxiliary battery (in case the aux battery was removed).
It sounds borderlined insane, I know....
