Tacoma & FJ Cruiser Transmissions

Doin some research and I'm wondering if anybody knows the differences between the RA60F (Tacoma) and the RA61F (FJ Cruiser) transmissions.

Failing that, does anybody know where I can find an FJ Cruiser FSM?

The only difference I can recall is a different 6th gear ratio, .799 in the RA61F and .849 in the RA60F.
