Tacoma Rear ended today

So my 2006 Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab Long Bed was rear ended today. The only damage appears to be the bumper, reciever hitch, and frame where the reciever hitch attaches. The bend appears to be a crumple zone on the truck. Both the bumber and reciever hitch are now at a 45* angle towards the ground. The reciever hitch is actually crushing the spare tire about 1" currently. The bed actually appears to be OK, with a minor dent in the tailgate.

So I have a some questions:

* How do they repair the frame? If you bend it back, I would assume that it will remain structurally weak. How do they prevent the metal from fatiguing over time and bending when under load? (I pull heavy trailers regularly, and will tow close to the max 6500# 4-5 times per year)
* To repair the truck, they will have to pull the bed, repair the frame, apply paint/rust protection to the frame, reinstall the bed, new bumper, new hitch?
*what a pain in the *****!
* Finally any suggestions on a good aftermarket bumper? I don't need a swing-a-way tire carrier (yet), but good solid bumper with hitch and High-Lift friendly. (PICTURES WELCOME)

PS: Sorry about the stupid coupon companion, I will fix the computer after this is posted.
