Does this unit have the honeycomb core or is it the foam core that they switched to?

Into the wild Boreas XT is a really good deal. Full composite and ready to go solar, awning kitchen, h20 heater, nothing to add.

Do all of the doors use the same key or are they a different keys?

all the door keys are the same except the rear door I believe.
