Just wanted to drop a note of thanks to the photogs here. You've inspired me to be better to the point of enrolling in a college class, getting a camera, and learning to use my software. It was through reading trip reports that I learned videos and photos are truly worth a 1000 words.
Took my camera out for a few hours and shot a few hundred photos of my friends 1969 CJ5 today. Then chose my favorite 2 to clean up. I shot so many because I was playing with ISO, aperature, and shutter speed and checking the histogram after each one so I could actually learn.
Thanks a ton guys and gals. Hopefully my trip reports will benefit your inspiration.
