New oil pump seal from Mr T and Torx screws that I got from http://www.1fzfephh.com/
I used an impact screw driver to remove the factory philips head screws. I got lucky and was able to remove them all with out breaking any.

Maybe consider posting up Mr. T part numbers of components used for each repair?

I think many of us would consider it useful infomation.

Starting to get things back together now. Got things cleaned up and installed the new seals. Here you can see the Torx screws.

Installed the new Alternator. Its a 150 amp from a 2007 Sequoia. Its a re-maned unit from Napa. I used the mounting bracket from "Photoman" from
IH8MUD.Here is the link explaining the upgrade..

Replaced the power steering pump also. A trip to Katemcey Rocks in Texas was the demise of this pump sometime ago. Cooked the fluid and killed all the seals. It had leaked since and the steering never quite felt the same. I will be installing a secondary cooler and a larger reservoir which will hopefully help things.

Going to use these clamps to replace the factory spring clamps on the hoses. These are available from Grainger.com.

This is the cooler I will be adding to the power steering system. Its a small trans cooler rated at 24000gvw. It will be mounted in front of the radiator.

With the high output alternator the factory fusible link will not cut it. I am going to mount this Bussman fuse block to the side of the battery tray and run a high amp fuse.

Started making the new cables. I'm using 4 gage and new connectors.

Its good to have the right tools..

The result..

When I did my second battery I wired up a fuse block from Bussman and a relay pack for the fridge, aux lights etc. I never got around to mounting it properly.

So I made up this bracket to mount it all.

Could you provide some detilas on your shocks?

I am running Fox 2 inch body shocks. 12 inch travel with resi's in the front and 10 inch travel double bypass with piggy back resi's in the rear.

I will be upgrading from these several months from now. But for now im going to rebuild them and change the valving.
