Thoughts? For sale near me.. RV into a 4x4?

Found this. Still trying to figure things out and came upon this.
Thoughts on this? Price? Is this the engine no one likes? Sorry tired and beaten, mind kinda fuzzy... can't find thread if this is ok engine or not..

GM 6.0 is a solid engine and it is not the Ford 6.0 diesel that has all the problems.

I could never recommend a Forest River product. Google for problems.

No year mentioned. Only 16k miles? What is with the paint, why repainted? What type of roof? Why resealed?

Looks like someone made it “pretty” and is flipping.

I never understood this layout. Once the bed is made, you can't walk anywhere in this camper. The bed is literally in the middle of the floorplan.

I bet you can buy the 2WD version of this for like $35k. $60K seems high. For that price, get a new 1 ton pick up and a truck camper.

These can be had for $25k or less, advanced 4x4 $16k ... so $48-50 may be a fair price.
