Does anyone know if CAD files are available for designing around these?

I've played with tracing some (horribly low res...) diagrams but feel the need for more precision.

Not CAD, but Timbren has dimensioned drawings with enough info to build around on their website. Click on any of the axles, then click on the instructions tab, then weights & dimensions. Should take you to this page:

You'd probably need to email them if you need actual CAD drawings.
