Tire advice on the Falken Wildpeak R/T

I'm trying to figure out the next tire for my 11,200lb rig, which is currently on 37X13.50R17 Wild Peaks, and while they're very nice tires to drive on both the road and dirt, they've been shredded by the approx 3,500-4,000 off road miles I've done around the American west (out of about 16,500 miles in total) over the last 14 months.

Has anyone here tried the Falken Wildpeak R/T tires? They have the correct size and a much better load rating (3970lbs vs the Nitto's 3100lbs) so I think they'll handle my weight on the ruff stuff better, but before taking the plunge I'd love to see if anyone else has experience with them.

No experiences with those tires, but I can't think of a reason to expect the RTs to fair better than what you have. The tread compounds are likely very similar if not identical.

Mac, I'll be honest here. I've tried the Falken MT, the AT, and had the RT on the PW I purchased. EVERY SINGLE pair chucked like that. The MT couldn't even make it 9k miles on my Ram and it was junk. I'm not saying the tires are bad on every vehicle, I just feel they may have some limitations for heavy vehicles that do multiple gravel and offroad trips per year. They seem to chunk easier than other brands.

Having said that, I've had good luck with both Nitto and Toyo. IMO the best tire I've used for heavy vehicles with alot of offroad driving is the 37x13.50r17 Toyo MT. 4300lb load rating E tire, great sidewall protection and rim guard. And, it's really been the only tire I've used on heavy gravel that didn't break apart easy with a super heavy vehicle.
