i´m looking for new shoes for my T100.

i´ld prefer tall and skinny if that helps the gasmilage and still gives me a bit more groungclearance and a taller ride

so i´m wondering if i could go 235/85R16 ?
so far there was 31s on 15" rims on it..

i´m looking for new rims for the summergotta be 6bolt asbut as far as i know i could go either 15" or 16"

any tips, ideas suggestions?

Yes you could run 235/85's, though you may have to crank up the torsion bars a bit, but maybe not. My dad has a T100 with Tundra wheels wrapped in 265/75's and it looks to me like he could fit 255/85's but his t-bars are cranked all the way I think.

I test drove a 96 that had 285's with no issues. so I would think the skinnier would have no issues either.

Hmmm, is your truck stock height?

I have a 94 extra cab pickup. It's sits a tiny bit over stock and I plan on putting some 33x10.50x15's on here soon. I'm not sure if you could squeeze those on at stock height, but I think you can and you could keep your same wheels. If you can actually find some, you could go 33x9.50x15 as well, but they're a very difficult tire to locate.

I have 95 t100 with the stock sr5 alloys and 31's. Recently picked up a set of 16x7 '04 tacoma wheels. I ran this size on my '02 Tacoma and loved it, hopefully they work good on the T100 as well. Ive decided on the ******** Cepek Extreme Country due to the lowest weight and price I'v found on a Mud Terrain in this size.
