i have the cooper - simply because it's a good tire and WAY cheaper than the goodyear.
the goodyear was also designed for the new noise-regulation-law in the european union. so it's much quieter...
but i never tried it.

there is about a $10 difference per tire between the Goodyears and the Coopers. the Coopers are about $145 each. and then $15 / tire lifetime mount, balance and rotation.

Running the Duratracs ( 265-75-16s) on mine
Been on a little over 11,500 miles now, did great in snow this past winter, did really good in mud on a recent trip, overall ride is good.
They have worn about 1.5/32 of tread off so far
rotated them 3 times so far.

Coopers are a really good tire as well, they were a tie when I bought these
