Any of you guys need some tires?

Here's a pretty good deal, especially for you that live in SoCal
285/75-16 BFG MT KM2

Yup that's the new Krawler tread MT in a size that hasn't been "officially" released the guy is looking to get $125 each for them..

That's a good price for such a tire.

Shoot me a mail or give me a call I can pass along the contact info.

I also have 4 each 265/75-16 BFG AT KO's with about 75% on Five Spoke Alloy's for $85 each for sale too.

I'm working thinner.. But only slowly.. It was all I could do not to put some 35/12.50's on my 110..

well its not about a cult or believeing what someone else says,, at least not for me. i have always liked a thinner tire,, i used to run the ol' BFG MT in the 33-9.5 size when all my friends ran the 33-12.5, they always said it looked odd but to me it was safari looking and since i didnt have the HP required to spin wide tires fast enough to float it worked fine.

today a skinnier tire is good for my IFS rig, meaning it fits better when the tire is turned requiring less lift, less offset. plus i think the resistance on the hiway is a little less for better MPG. the spare takes up less space,,, mud doesnt get flung all over my rig ect..ect.

skinny tires are good on my taco,,, but to make you feel better about drinking the kool-aid i have 37-12.5 on my cruiser

My, how word travels . I have a set on the way to me now. I like the 255's i have, but I don't like them aired down. They beat the crap out of rims and are slightly unnerving in off-camber with a top heavy truck. The 285's are a little more forgiving. Pics maybe next week.

I think it's a good size, a nice compromise. We have 20 sets coming this way as of this AM.. Five for Me and five For another local 110, JC down in Denver is getting some 10 of them too..

David did you get you bushings? Did they fit correctly?

Thanks Keith, yes, got them. I haven't had the chance to fit them yet. Waiting for a bunch of stuff to come back from galvy and powder coat then I'll fit them while refitting all the other stuff.

Looking forward to seeing those tires.

Brand new pre release size. These won't be available till September on the open market I'm told..
